All items come with free standard curbside delivery via freight. Shipping freight allows us to offer free shipping to customers while keeping our prices low. In addition, shipping with items strapped to a sturdy pallet is the most effective way to prevent damage during shipping.

Free Curbside Delivery with Every Order
Important Information

Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your order to the curb at the end of your driveway.
​​

Customers are responsible for moving the bed to its final location.

​This service does not include setup, placement, or removal of packaging materials.

Note: our products ship by LTL freight (large trucks, 30 to 52 feet long, with lift gates). Freight carriers may use semi trucks for residential deliveries.

Due to the truck's size, not all addresses are accessible. Some locations that may have issues:

Dense rural areas with no unloading zones

Unpaved/dirt roads
-
Streets where a truck may not be able to turn around

Any Streets that the truck cannot access without risk of damage

If the driver deems the location a liability to deliver to, the delivery may not be able to be completed.

Standard Shipping & Delivery Process
Total Time: Approximately 3 Days to 2 Weeks

Step 1
Order Processing
When you place an order with us, we strive to process and ship your item as quickly as possible.

Within one business day of receiving your order your new cabinet bed will be packaged and strapped to a custom-made pallet. The images show how your item will be packaged when it arrives to you.
Once the customer’s delivery contact information is confirmed, the pallet will be shipped freight.

Step 2
Shipping to Destination Terminal
A semi truck will pick up your item from our facility and transports it to the carrier terminal closest to you.

Weather Disclosure: All shipments are subject to weather or other delays out of our control (i.e. traffic, road closures, etc.). Drivers are required to reduce speed or park if conditions are hazardous. Although it is rare, please be understanding if this occurs and know that we are doing everything we can to ensure your item arrives as quickly as possible.

Once your item reaches the local terminal, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery date and time range.
​
All shipments must be delivered within two business days of reaching the terminal. These terminals are busy locations without room to space, any additional delays by the customer may result in storage fees.

Delivery to your residence
Your item will be delivered on a a large truck with a lift gate. This could be 30 to 52 feet long! These images are all examples of trucks that could be used to deliver your item. With free, standard delivery we cannot control which size truck will be used for the delivery.
The driver (one person) will use a pallet jack and the liftgate to unload the shipment at the curb in front of your residence.
If there is clear access to the residence, at their discretion, the driver will place the pallet as close to the residence as practical. The driver cannot bring it up steps, steep inclines, long distances, or into your home.
Step 4
Inspection & Signature
Upon delivery please inspect the shipment. You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt.
Please note any visible damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt.
If refusing delivery due to damage, note refused due to damage on the delivery receipt.

Delivery Upgrades
We understand that everyone is not able to lift and carry a cabinet bed to the place where it will be set.
For this reason, we offer delivery upgrades in the form of White Glove or Inside Delivery (depending on the item) for an additional fee. This is only available for certain models and delivery locations.

Pre-Arranged Meeting
Arrange to meet the driver at a nearby prearranged, public spot that gives ample space to for a truck to enter, transfer the shipment to your vehicle, and exit.

Please make sure your packaged item will fit in the vehicle you will be utilizing for pickup before opting for this solution.
Will-Call
Arrange to pick up your item from the carrier terminal closest to you.
