Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has shipped for a full refund. Once an item has shipped, it is subject to the following return policy.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, you may send it back within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price, less any shipping and handling costs.

 

• Note: the item must be in its original condition and packaging. It must also be unused, and free of damage, pet hairs, soil, or stains.

 

• Note: the cost of the return shipping and preparing the shipment for return is the customer's responsibility. Refund amounts are based on the condition the bed is returned.

If you refuse delivery, you will also be subject to this Return Policy.

 

 

Return Instructions

The Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Items should be repackaged with the original packaging and all pieces must be secured and shipped in the same manner they were received. 

Mattress will be accepted for Return if UN-opened.
