Weather & Other Uncontrollable Events Disclaimer

All shipments are subject to weather or other delays out of our control (i.e. traffic, road closures, big foot attacks, etc.). Drivers are required to reduce speed or park if conditions are hazardous. Although it is rare, please be patient if this occurs, and know that we are doing everything we can to ensure your item arrives as quickly as possible.

Variations in Color & Grain Pattern

The images provided in product listings are for reference only. Due to the inherent variations of hardwood and hand-finished items, each item is unique.

  • Wood is a living, breathing organism. The climate the tree grew in and the moisture content it had throughout its life will determine the appearance of the grain. 

  • In addition, our items have been finished by hand, there may be some due to application technique. Staining wood is truly an art. Even though manufacturers do their best to ensure consistency, the nature of hand-applied finishes will vary from product to product. 

  • In addition, color can be displayed differently from computer monitor to computer monitor.

  • Lastly, light intensity & color temperature may impact how an item looks in your room.  

 

These variations are natural and part of what makes authentic hardwood, hand-finished items so distinct and beautiful. Be aware that your furniture may not look exactly as the images. Be proud that you have a unique item made by the hands of skilled individuals!

Online Shopping Disclaimer

Shopping online is a wonderful option. It can open the door to find new and interesting products. Not to mention the convenience of doing purchasing these items without ever having to leave the comfort of our homes. However, it is a much different experience to shopping for an item in person. We do our best to represent our items honestly, but some variation is to be expected.

Keep in mind:

  • We offer authentic hardwood, hand-finished items. Variation is natural and part of the charm.

  • Many finishes vary in look based on the amount of light in a room or the temperature of that light.

  • The way images are displayed online can be different from computer to computer and depends on your monitor settings. Therefore, a specific product image you see on your computer may be a slightly different shade from the actual piece.

 

The vast majority of our customers are thrilled with how their items look, but if you need to know the exact appearance, with absolutely no variation, shopping for furniture online might not be for you.

  • Can I update my order or cancel an item if I change my mind?
    Yes! You can update or cancel your order before it has shipped for a full refund. Once an item has shipped, it is subject to our return policy.
  • Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
    We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, you may send it back within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price, less any shipping and handling costs. ·Note: the item must be in its original condition and packaging. It must also be unused, and free of damage, pet hairs, soil, or stains. Note: the cost of the return shipping and preparing the shipment for return is the customer's responsibility. Refund amounts are based on the condition the bed is returned. If you refuse delivery, you will also be subject to this Return Policy. How to prevent expensive and inconvenient returns Check measurements twice! Measure your living space and compare them to the item measurements. Measure doors, hallways, stairs, and corners to make sure your item can make it to its destination. Determine your needs ahead of time: What size bed is best for the majority of use? Is this for adults or kids? How many people? Will you be hosting elderly individuals or those with knee problems? Maybe a higher foundation is the right choice. Do you want the item to be assembled? Or are you okay with putting it together yourself? What is the intended purpose? Is this for guests or for other occasional use? Some beds are not meant to be used 365 days out of the year. If you need something for heavy use, make sure you will be comfortable on the size mattress provided. Consider what shipping and delivery options will work best for your situation. Verify exactly what you are purchasing. Have you selected the right color, model, size, assembly, etc. that you are looking for? Are you okay with some color and wood grain variation from the image provided online? We do our best to represent our items honestly, but some variation is to be expected.   • How do I return an item?
    The Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items should be repackaged with the original packaging and all pieces must be secured and shipped in the same manner they were received. Mattress will be accepted for Return if UN-opened. If you need help processing a return please contact us.
  • What is your privacy policy?
    Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store your personal information solely to process your order and provide you with the best possible service. We do not share your information with any third parties, except for shipping purposes. Your payment information is not visible nor saved by our team.
  • What is the warranty on my cabinet bed?
    All night and Day Cabinet Beds come with a limited 10-year warranty. A limited 3-year warranty covers the supplied mattress. Please refer to our Warranty Page for more information and limitations.
  • How long will it take for my item to ship?
    In most cases, we can ship your item within one business day of the order being placed. Quickly confirming delivery contact information can expedite the process significantly. Please reference our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.
  • How are my items shipped?
    All items are shipped via freight. Standard, free delivery is curbside. Please reference our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.
  • How long does shipping take?
    It can take 2 days or up to 10 days, depending on your location. All our items ship out of Tucson, Arizona. Rural locations can take longer. Shipping upgrades can add 5-14 days to a delivery. Please reference our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.
  • What if curbside delivery doesn't work for me?
    We offer white glove delivery for an additional fee. Please see our Delivery Upgrades page for more information.
  • How do I care for my new furniture?
    Failure to follow these guidelines can result in a void of warranty. How to Care for Wood Furniture: Wipe down weekly a soft, lint-free cloth. Be sure to wipe dry. Do not use harsh chemicals, household cleaners, or abrasives as they may damage the finish. Please reference our Care & Cleaning page for more information.
  • How do I care for my mattress?
    How to Care for Your Mattress: Vacuuming is the recommended regular cleaning method. If you must clean a stain, use mild soap with cold water and apply lightly, allowing the mattress time to fully air dry. If you need to, certain mattress covers can be removed and washed in cold water and line-dried. For more information, please see our Care & Cleaning page.
  • If I find a cheaper price, will you match it?
    Yes, we work hard to offer our customers quality items at the lowest price possible. We are happy to match any legitimate sale price for identical, in-stock products. Please contact us directly to get the best deal. Items must meet the following criteria: The product is the same size, model, SKU, quantity, brand, name, and color. The item must be in stock at our warehouse. Be sold by an authorized dealer. Items not eligible for price match include: Auction prices or those requiring memberships. Prices that cannot be determined independent of other items (e.g., fees and shipping charges). Prices that require a minimum quantity purchase. Items that other retailers have listed as re-sale, clearance, close out, liquidation, special hour/flash/limited quantity offers. Damaged, used, or refurbished items. Price errors.
