Delivery Upgrades
On certain models, premium white glove service is available as a delivery upgrade. This includes delivery to your home, by appointment, to your room of choice, unpacking, setting in place, and debris removal.
Depending on the model, the item is either pre-assembled, before shipping by our trained team or assembled on-site.
All delivery upgrades come with specialized, priority customer care.

Considerations

Delivery upgrades typically cost $250-$350+. This largely depends on location, but can also be effected by difficulty of delivery. To get an exact quote, please contact us. We will need to know:

This can add 5-14 days to delivery, because they tend to be smaller, local businesses.

The customer is responsible for measuring doorways, hallway, stairs and corners to make sure the item will fit.

White glove fees are non-refundable.

The type of white glove service is dependent on the level of detail and skill required for proper assembly. No matter which white glove service you receive the final result will be an assembled piece of furniture that is placed where you want with all debris removed.

Deliveries usually take 15-30 minutes. Deliveries that are more complicated (stairs not reported, tight corridors not considered) or take more than the allotted time may incur additional fees.

Step 1
Order Processing
When you place an order with us, we strive to process and ship your item as quickly as possible.
Within one business day of receiving your order your new cabinet bed will be packaged and strapped to a custom-made pallet. The images show how your item will be packaged when it arrives to you.
Once the customer’s delivery contact information is confirmed, the pallet will be shipped freight.

Step 2
Shipping to Destination Terminal
A semi truck will pick up your item from our facility and transports it to the carrier terminal closest to you.
Weather Disclosure: All shipments are subject to weather or other delays out of our control (i.e. traffic, road closures, etc.). Drivers are required to reduce speed or park if conditions are hazardous. Although it is rare, please be understanding if this occurs and know that we are doing everything we can to ensure your item arrives as quickly as possible.
Once your item reaches the local terminal, the carrier will then deliver to your local white glove agent.
Any tracking information provided will only represent freight movement.
Step 3
Delivery to your local white glove agent.
As soon as your local white glove agent has received your bed, they will pre-emptively inspect the box (without opening) to look for any indications of damage that could have occurred during shipping.
Once this is complete, the local white glove agent will call you to schedule your appointment.
All shipments must be delivered within a week of reaching the local white glove agent. Any additional delays by customer may result in storage fees.
Step 4
Delivery to your residence
The delivery will be made with a small box truck or large delivery van, making it much more convenient for most addresses.
Step 5
White Glove Service
A delivery team (usually two individuals) will unload the pallet and unpack your item.
You'll have the opportunity to inspect the item before it is set in place. If there is any structural damage, we encourage you to refuse the item at this time.
Your item will then be placed in the room and location of your choice. They will perform any light assembly required.
Any debris will be removed by the team before they leave. When the service is complete and you are happy, you will need to sign for the item.
